Commissioned Art
All the artwork is shipped from the UK. Shipping within the UK will be free of charge.
Most of the artwork sent overseas will be removed from the wooden stretcher bars and sent in a cardboard tube. This is done to reduce the chance of damage during transit, and reduce the delivery charge. The buyers are responsible for duties and taxes, along with any customs charges for international shipping.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the artwork. In this case, please email katiedaw101@hotmail.com to arrange. Please ensure the artwork is packaged and sent back in its original condition. If the artwork is damaged in transit, the return shipping fee will be paid by Katie Daw Art (photographic evidence must be provided). If the artwork is not to a customer's liking, they are responsible for the return shipping fee and the return must be insured to the artwork's value.
As the artist, I own the copyright of the artwork and therefore may at any time produce prints from the artwork.
